Follow these simple steps to install VPN on Windows 7 using the IPSec protocol.

1. Click Start menu and then Control Panel.
2. Cliquez sur “Network and Internet”.
   
3. Choose “View network status and tasks.
   
4. Choose “Set up a new connection or network”.
   
5. Choose “Connect to a workplace”.
   
6. Select - Use my internet connection.
   
7. Fill in the server details:

   Canada:	ca.vpn.blackvpn.com
   Estonie:	vpn.blackvpn.ee
   Lituanie:	vpn.blackvpn.lt
   Luxembourg:	vpn.blackvpn.lu
   Pays-Bas:	vpn.blackvpn.nl
   Panama:	vpn.blackvpn.com.pa
   Russie:	vpn.blackvpn.ru
   Suisse:	vpn.blackvpn.ch
   Ukraine:	vpn.blackvpn.com.ua
   Singapour:	vpn.blackvpn.sg
   Royaume-Uni:	vpn.blackvpn.co.uk
   USA-Orient:	eastcoast.vpn.blackvpn.com
   USA Ouest:	westcoast.vpn.blackvpn.com

8. Select the “Don’t connect now; just set it up so I can connect later” tick box.

10. Click Next
11. Click Start menu and then Control Panel.
12. Cliquez sur “Network and Internet”
13. 
14. Select “Connect to a network”
    
15. Right click on the VPN connection and select properties
    
16. Click on the security tab and change the “Type of VPN” into “Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol with IPsec (LT2P/IPSec)
    
17. Click on advanced settings.
    
18. Select use preshared key for authentication, the pre-shared key is: blackvpn
19. 
20. Click OK.
21. Connect to the VPN
