Your Tunnelblick log helps us to quickly diagnose most problems with your VPN connection. It does not contain any personal data, only debug information that can help us find the problem and send you the right solution.

• Start by clicking on the Tunnelblick icon in the top right corner of your screen.
  

• Scroll down and click on VPN Details.
  

• Select the VPN that you are trying to connect to on the left side of the screen.
  

• Click on Copy Log to Clipboard at the bottom of the screen.
  

• When you open a support ticket then choose the Help Topic “Setup & Connection Issues” and paste your OpenVPN log into the box provided.
