Your OpenVPN log helps us to quickly diagnose most problems with your VPN connection. It does not contain any personal data, only debug information that can help us find the problem and send you the right solution.
- Start by clicking on the little arrow next to the clock:
- Then right click on the OpenVPN icon
- Select the VPN that you are trying to connect to and then click on connect.
- After entering your username/password you will see a lot of text scrolling by.
- Mark the text by clicking once in the area of the text and then while holding down the left mouse button drag the mouse over all of the text. When the text has been marked you press CTRL+C on your keyboard to copy the text.
- When you open a support ticket then choose the Help Topic “Setup & Connection Issues” and paste your OpenVPN log into the box provided.
