Do you see the following error in your log files?
It probably means that your ISPs DNS servers are having problems. The DNS servers are only used for setting up your connection to blackVPN. Once you are connected then all of your DNS queries will go via your VPN connection to our DNS service.
Try setting your DNS servers to either:
