At the Network and Sharing Center
Wählen Change adaptor settings

Change the Data encryption to
Maximum strength encryption

Klicken Allow these protocols.
MS-CHAP v2
should be selected.

Uncheck all boxes
except TCP/IPv4.
Klicken Ok to update the VPN.

Klicken Sie auf die Show Networks icon
in the taskbar at the bottom.

Select the new VPN network.
Klicken Verbinden

Enter your blackVPN username
und password
Klicken Ok

The VPN will start to connect...
In a few moments it will be Connected.

If the VPN fails to connect then probably
you need to check the Security settings
on your router to enable VPN Passthrough.
