Viscosity on Windows XP

Click GO to view the setup guide
Visit /support/viscosity to
request a Viscosity license file.
Enter your blackVPN username...

Copy the unique
captcha code...

Click Send.
Check your email.
You will have a new message
from blackVPN with your
Viscosity license attached...

Save it to your Desktop.
You will need it later.
Download setup blackVPN Viscosity.

Run it to start the setup.
Click Next to begin the setup.
Click Install.
Wait a few minutes for Viscosity to install.
Click Finish when the installation is complete.
Click Select New License...
Click Open.

Select the license file that we emailed you...
Click Close.
Click on the Viscosity icon
in the Windows Taskbar.
Select the VPN location...

Click Connect.
Wait a few minutes for the
network adaptor to be created.

This only needs to be done
the first time you connect.
Enter your blackVPN username and password...

Click Remember my credentials...

Click OK.
In less than a minute the VPN will connect
and show an alert that your IP changed.
Visit DNSLeakTest.com
and confirm that your
IP + location changed.
Click the Viscosity icon...

Click Details...
Send us this debug log
if you are having issues
connecting to the VPN.
Visit test-ipv6.com

If you have an IPv6 address
you must TURN OFF IPv6 connectivity.
To Disconnect...
Click on the icon...

Click Disconnect.
