Follow these simple steps to install VPN on Mac OS X using the PPTP protocol.

Mac OS X 10.4

1. Open Internet Connect (in the application folder).
2. Click VPN.
3. From the Configuration pop-up menu, choose PPTP.
4. Type in the correct server address for your server:
   

   Canada:	ca.vpn.blackvpn.com
   Estonia:	vpn.blackvpn.ee
   Lithuania:	vpn.blackvpn.lt
   Luxembourg:	vpn.blackvpn.lu
   Netherlands:	vpn.blackvpn.nl
   Panama:	vpn.blackvpn.com.pa
   Russia:	vpn.blackvpn.ru
   Switzerland:	vpn.blackvpn.ch
   Ukraine:	vpn.blackvpn.com.ua
   Singapore:	vpn.blackvpn.sg
   UK:	vpn.blackvpn.co.uk
   USA East:	eastcoast.vpn.blackvpn.com
   USA West:	westcoast.vpn.blackvpn.com

5. Type your BLACKVPN Account Name in the field Account Name.
6. Type your blackVPN Password in the field Password.
7. Click Configuration -> Edit Configurations
8. Click the “Advanced” button, and in the “Options” tab make sure that “Send all traffic over VPN connection” is checked.
9. Save your configuration in the pop up as blackVPN.
10. Click OK
11. Choose “Show VPN status in the menu bar” to monitor that your blackVPN VPN is active.
12. Click Connect to active your VPN Service.
13. End Internet Connect. Save your configuration in the pop up as blackVPN.

Mac OS X 10.5-10.8

1. Go to System Preferences, then Network.
   
2. Click on the plus symbol in the lower left corner to add a new connection.
   (Note: you may need to click the lock icon in the lower left to unlock the preference pane and make changes.)
   
3. Under “Interface” select “VPN”.
   
4. Set the VPN Type to PPTP.
   
5. The Service Name should be blackVPN.xyz (Depending on the server you want to use).
   
6. Click “Create”.
   
7. The window will now show a place for the server address, and account name.
8. Type in the correct server address for your server:
   

   Canada:	ca.vpn.blackvpn.com
   Estonia:	vpn.blackvpn.ee
   Lithuania:	vpn.blackvpn.lt
   Luxembourg:	vpn.blackvpn.lu
   Netherlands:	vpn.blackvpn.nl
   Panama:	vpn.blackvpn.com.pa
   Russia:	vpn.blackvpn.ru
   Switzerland:	vpn.blackvpn.ch
   Ukraine:	vpn.blackvpn.com.ua
   Singapore:	vpn.blackvpn.sg
   UK:	vpn.blackvpn.co.uk
   USA East:	eastcoast.vpn.blackvpn.com
   USA West:	westcoast.vpn.blackvpn.com

   
   
9. Type your blackVPN Account Name in the field Account Name.
   
10. Click on “Authentication Settings” and select “Password”
    
11. Enter your blackVPN password and click “OK”
    
12. Click the “Advanced” button.
    
13. Make sure that “Send all traffic over VPN connection” is checked.
    
14. Click the check box for “Show VPN status in menu bar”
    
15. Click “Apply” in the lower right corner.
    
16. Click “Connect”
