You can reset your password by entering your blackVPN username on our Lost Password form.

Having trouble logging in? Try these steps...
  1. Check that you still have access to the server you're trying to connect to by checking your server expiration dates.
  2. If you are copy & pasting your password sometimes you can accidently add whitespace to the end of the text. Paste your password into a text editor to double-check or try entering your password by hand.
  3. If you are entering your password by hand and some characters are confusing then reset your password on our Lost Password form.
