Router: All routers are NEW but need to be unboxed to install DD-WRT and setup your blackVPN account.

Delivery: We only post to the confirmed address in your PayPal account to prevent fraud.

Refunds & Returns: We offer a 100% refund within 30 days of first use. You pay the shipping costs to return the router to the USA.

Import Taxes: You will probably need to pay import tax depending on your region. Our routers are shipped from the USA with a customs value of USD $30.

Connection Speed: Speeds will be different for everyone depending on your location and internet connection. BBC’s iPlayer requires at least 1 Mbps, ITV requires at least 600 Kbps (0.6 Mbps), Hulu recommends at least 1.5 Mbps, Netflix recommends 1.6 Mbps.
